Members' Area

By signing in to the Members’ Area users accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use:

  1. The Welsh Assembly Government’s Tourism & Marketing Team provides the Members’ Area of the walesthebrand.com (“the Service”) as a business service to WAG Employees and to the Employees of our Marketing Agencies and Partners.
  2. The Service is provided “as is” for the sole purpose of facilitating communication between and within our internal and external marketing teams. No guarantee of Service availability or Service level is provided nor implied.
  3. Access to the Site is granted by invitation only. WAG will from time to time and at its sole discretion provide invited individuals (“Members”) with a username and password to enable access to the Service.
  4. WAG reserves the absolute right to withdraw access to the Service at any time without prior notice by means of disabling Usernames and Passwords.
  5. Usernames and Passwords are granted to Members and are non-transferable. For the avoidance of doubt, this means Members do not have the right to grant access to the site to third-parties by means of sharing their Usernames and/or Passwords.
  6. The Service is a professional business communication tool. Members agree to use it as such and to make contributions in a manner and style consistent with the accepted norms of professional business communication.
  7. Any opinions expressed by Members through the medium of the Service are those of the individual Members themselves. Opinions expressed by Members do not reflect the views of their Employers or any Organisation that they may from time to time represent.
